Over the past 8 years of operating Saint Peter, Fish Butchery, Charcoal Fish & Petermen we have always set out to work with the very best producers.

Be that going direct to Australia's best fishers for line-caught fish, or sourcing hand-dived scallops or locally grown organic vegetables - their work has been what inspires us each day. 

In a new chapter for Petermen we are 'widening the net' to include some of Australia's very best meat & poultry to sit alongside our Australian fish & vegetables on the menu. It's surf & turf but not as you know it. 

Our new menu is a la carte, perfect for sharing with a group of friends over the festive season. We look forward to welcoming you back to Petermen.
