Be that going direct to Australia's best fishers for line-caught fish, or sourcing hand-dived scallops or locally grown organic vegetables - their work has been what inspires us each day.
In a new chapter for Petermen we are 'widening the net' to include some of Australia's very best meat & poultry to sit alongside our Australian fish & vegetables on the menu. It's surf & turf but not as you know it.
